Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Fairy Little.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 7 days

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • The product isn't used or damaged

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the shipping information provided is correct. We take no responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect address due to you entering incorrect shipping information.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Fairy Little. All items sent from us will incur an additional cost at checkout for insurance, this cover is for your items in case they go missing or are broken in transit. This cost is optional to the buyer, if no insurance is taken out Fairy Little is void of any responsibility for damage or loss of your item / Items.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be taken up with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. It will be at the discrection of Fairy Little to replace damaged or lost items.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
